DOING ANY DIGGING?

A Soil Erosion & Sedimentation Control Permit is required for any earth changing activity within 500 feet of a creek, lake, river, stream, or county drain, or if you are disturbing one acre or more of land.

A Soil Erosion & Sedimentation Control Form is required for any earth changing activity that does not require a Soil Erosion & Sedimentation Control Permit.
